Dr Tchelebi accompanied my global and multicultural team for 6 months. Together we created a shared understanding about the prioritisation of our department, which was possible because we worked intensively on an open feedback culture. I took part in Dr Tchelebi's advanced course on group dynamics in organisations. Together with other senior managers, we trained ourselves to be more aware of conscious and unconscious behaviour patterns in groups and were thus able to manage them more effectively. I understood how I, as a leader, affect teams and how they sometimes push my own trigger points, which enabled me to deal more effectively with my own team. We have realised how group relationship patterns affect strategic corporate decisions and how to navigate them in a solution-oriented manner. Dr Tchelebi's ability to recognise underlying relationship dynamics and offer them to the group for working through is outstanding. Despite her benevolent approach to blind spots, she doesn't let up until the elephants in the room have been thoroughly digested.

Dr Tchelebi and I worked on actively shaping my new leadership role as part of a coaching engagement.
