Our Partners

We believe in collaboration. We believe that as humans, we can only appreciate the full sense of our experiences when relating to others on equal footing – reflecting on and challenging each other – because we are innately relational beings. To be frank: Our sense- making abilities are restricted when working alone.
Therefore, at Change:Mediated, we perpetually work in teams on client projects as a means of highest quality assurance. Peer supervision and co-trainings keep us on our toes and continuously challenge our understanding. Hence, we live the collaborative model we seek to bring closer to our clients.
Jens Preil, M.D., Ph.D.
After studying medicine and an intensive period of research at the Max Planck Institute of Psychiatry in Munich, I wanted to find out how society works, understand economic relationships, social and political processes and decided to pursue a career in the pharmaceutical industry, where I have been working in various leadership positions until today.

My passion for the human psyche and my desire to support people in their personal and professional development have led me on a journey of training as a psychoanalyst and group analyst and expanding my skills through additional training as an organizational consultant, coach and supervisor. I am actively involved in various professional societies. Since 2021, I have been editor-in-chief of the Journal of Analytical Psychology.

Today, I use this broad knowledge and my many years of practical experience to support leaders and teams in both industry and the public sector in overcoming complex challenges and developing their full potential to master their critical tasks in a rapidly changing environment.

Amelia Bryant La Spada, M.A.
As a behavioural coach, I work with executives at the height of their career, as well as young talents at the outset of their professional lives. My curiosity lies in exploring the above and below the surface of clients’ daily experiences, supporting teams and organisations to understand what interferes with their achievements. This joint exploration work leaves my clients more confident about their insights and capabilities and clearer about how to manage their work roles and relationships.

Holding an Executive Masters in Consulting and Coaching for Change (EMCCC) from INSEAD Business School, as well as certificates from Tavistock Consulting in Executive Coaching and Group Dynamics, I use the Systems-Psychodynamics school of thought as a lens to help clients face difficult conversations, surfacing existing scripts, so-called unwritten rules of behavoiur, keeping teams stuck, inhibit richer collaboration, and constructive exchange. With more than 15 years’ experience in designing and implementing tailored learning and development programmes for executives in my role as a learning manager and executive coach with IMD Business School in Lausanne.

Born in Germany, my curiosity for other cultures, people, and international relations has brought me to live, study, and work in the UK, Italy, France, Spain, Japan, Poland, the US, and Switzerland and I work in English, French and German.

I am a member of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC), the International Society for Psychological Study of Organizations (ISPSO). I am a confirmed PhD candidate at NIODA, and am holding the Managing Director role of the boutique learning consultancy, antepodes.org.

Petros Oratis, Ph.D.
I am an executive coach, C-suite team coach, Co-Founder of The Lateral Space, partnering with senior leaders and executive teams, amid organisational transformation, leadership transitions, or quests for purposeful leadership development.

My core belief is that all leaders and teams have the capacity to grow faster than their challenges. However, intense organisational challenges trigger our instinctive performance response, which may inhibit us from being as impactful and effective as we wish to be. The intensity of senior roles often doesn’t allow space to clearly see, how we could approach our challenges differently and limits us from exercising our authentic style as well as a wider leadership repertoire. I am passionate about helping leaders to re-discover or re-align with our core purpose, our authenticity and our potential. This is the space, that I am excited to create for and with my clients, and together uncover these shifts.

In this work, I draw from my own experiences of over 15 years at multinationals in leadership roles heavily impacted by and accountable for organisational transformation. These experiences allow me to relate to my clients and place them in the context of their leadership challenges. Since 2012 my coaching practice has been underpinned by continuous field and academic training in the disciplines of systems-psychodynamics, clinical psychology, unconscious group dynamics, and psycho-social research of organisations. I hold a variety of certifications in executive coaching, psychometric assessments and organisational development practices.

Olivia Margo, M.A.
I specialise in organisational dynamics and leadership and work as a coach, facilitator, and consultant to support leaders to make sense of their experiences in role and take purposeful action with accountability for their impact. I consult across sectors and industries, drawing on this diversity to bring insight and pragmatism. I have also previously led an in-house OD Consulting team in a corporate environment, as well as being a core Faculty member for MA and MSc programmes in Leadership and Organisational Analysis.
Drawing on the systems-psychodynamics school of thought, I am curious to illuminate the unconscious dynamics at work in organisational life, working with the gifts and tensions that reside at the heart of people, purpose, and organisations. My aim is to make this work accessible to others. Clients say I am deeply kind and challenging in equal measure.
Having ‘grown up’ in the voluntary sector, I led a national youth movement at the age of 21 and went on to work with young people and adult practitioners in conflict. I spent 6 years living and working in Singapore and Australia, and now reside in North London with my family.
The quality of my consultation draws on my qualifications, such as Masters with Distinction in Organisational Analysis (University of East London & Grubb Institute of Behavioural Studies), Postgraduate Cert with Distinction in Conflict Resolution & Mediation Studies (Birkbeck College, University of London), Certificate level III practitioner in Transformative Mediation, Mediation UK, Profiling tools: Vertical Leadership Development Framework (Harthill Consulting); The Leadership Circle Profile; the Hay Group suite of leadership and climate assessments; Belbin Team Roles, and additional Coach training: Somatic Coaching (Strozzi Institute, California); Organisational Role Analysis (Tavistock Institute of Consulting and Grubb Institute of Behavioural Studies); Integral Coaching (the HCD Group), as well as Dream Teacher in the Shamanic tradition (Robert Moss).
